Rev. Dr. Jeff Paterson has served in the Western NC conference for 30+ years and before coming to Wesley Memorial, he was the district superintendent of the Yadkin Valley district. He is passionate about people coming to Christ and growing spiritually into Christ-likeness. He is married to Tammy, and they have two adult children, Elizabeth and Caleb.

Rev. Clark Chilton joined the pastoral team at Wesley Memorial in July 2019 as the associate pastor of contemporary worship and evangelism. He is a graduate of Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and is an elder in the Global Methodist Church.

Rev. Susannah Pittman serves as the pastor of Congregational Care (Congregational Care Team, Senior Adult Council, Stephen Ministry, pastoral counseling) and Adult Spiritual Formation (Adult Spiritual Formation Team, individual spiritual direction, and leading the development of small groups and discipleship bands). She holds a graduate degree in counseling from Wake Forest University and a divinity degree from Candler School of Theology, Emory University. Susannah is passionate about journeying alongside of people in all of life’s seasons to offer care and support. She is married to Lonnie, who is also clergy, and they have a son, Preston, who is a student at Wesleyan Christian Academy.

Ken Lyon serves as our part-time associate pastor of generosity and church vitality. Ken is a retired elder in the United Methodist Church and has served the United Methodist Church for over 40 years, most notably at Matthews UMC in Charlotte and in many churches across Western North Carolina.

Rev. Glen Myers serves as our part-time pastor of congregational care. Glen is a retired elder in the United Methodist Church and has served in the Western NC Conference for many decades.

Lindsay Odom's career in church music began when he was twelve years old and has served several churches in our area. He is a graduate of the NC School of the Arts in Winston-Salem. Lindsay is married to Ann and they have one son. Linsday is the owner/operator of Lindsay Odom Men’s Clothing Store in High Point.

"I’m originally from Los Angeles, California, but moved as a young child to Randolph County in 2000. I am a mix of Mexican and Honduran descent, so I’m very proud of my culture. I am fluent in Spanish and English, which is exciting because I can meet twice as many people! 

I am wife to a wonderful husband, Christian, and our pride and joy are our 3 beautiful children Angela, 9, Aria 5, and Isaac 3. My favorite hobbies include singing, playing piano keyboard, cooking, and spending time with my family. 

I grew up in a Hispanic Methodist Church, so I’m eager to integrate my experience and knowledge to Wesley Memorial’s church culture. I’m looking forward to what God has in store for me and my position here at Wesley Memorial"

Elli Yu is a rising junior at UNC-Chapel Hill. A lifelong United Methodist, he is considering pursuing full time ministry and seminary after graduation from UNC.

Ann Marie Chilton joined the Wesley Memorial team as the interim director in April 2020 and then became the full-time director of children's ministry in June 2020. She has a variety of experience leading children's music, and childhood education and is passionate about relaying biblical truths to the next generation.

Susan has be on the WMS staff for the past 23 years. She is a life-long member of Wesley Memorial Methodist Church. Along with her husband, Rick, they have three daughters.

Starting in 2022, Melody served as the part-time Director of Communications, and became full time in April of 2023. She has a Masters in Strategic Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from High Point University and is an adjunct professor at High Point University in the Nido Qubein School of Communication.

Steven Nelson has been the director of student ministries since July of 2016. He has extensive experience in student ministry in a variety of church contexts and denominations. Beth Rose has served at Wesley Memorial since 2016 with finance and administration.

Tammy is originally from Dallas, Texas and relocated to the area in early 2023 with her children, Kyle (21), Kaylee (19), and her mother, Margie. The family enjoys hiking, traveling to the mountains and beach, and spending time together as a family with their dogs. Tammy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus in Accounting. Her love for cooking with God’s guidance and sharing joy with others is what helped lead her to Wesley Memorial.
